Offices and Agents
Chamberlain Realty currently operates three offices—South OKC, North OKC, and South Tulsa—with plans to expand as we grow. Since opening in November 2017, we’ve grown to hundreds of agents serving clients across Oklahoma. Together, we’ve sold billions in property and helped tens of thousands of people achieve their real estate goals. And we feel like we are just getting started.

How does the coaching work?
Through our Elite Agent Coaching arm we offer weekly online group coaching. Monthly coaching opportunities happen in-person through our regular brokerage meetings which are run more like a team meeting with your needs in mind. At these meetings we dive deeper into your goals and strategies for success, as well as keeping you updated with announcements. If one-on-one is more your style we provide that at cost. Just let us know you are interested in 1:1 and we will send you more info.
How do the content shoots work?
In this digital age you can never have enough content. We offer a monthly content shoot at various locations. Photos and videos are taken on your phone by our team with a trained eye for marketing so you can plug your content into your favorite social platform. RSVPs are required for those shoots and being on time is essential. In about 10 minutes you will get a lot of content to keep you posting for the month to come.
How do I access the Canva templates?
Monthly Canva templates will be provided through a link in your email so that you can customize them to your brand. Use them as is, or personalize them through a few quick edits you can make with a free Canva account.
When can I get started on the CRMs and Ylopo?
For CRM and Ylopo access including (Follow Up Boss and Go High Level) we ask that you go through a specialized training and onboarding before we turn them on for you so that you ready to utilize them.
You really update my client list in the database for me?
Yes! Auto-add sphere nurturing is here! That means we will add emails from your clients after a closing into your Chamberlain CRM so you can send monthly e-newsletters to the right people consistently, and stay top of mind for repeat business.
I heard you will give me business cards?
You heard right! In your first 60 days with us we will design and order your first batch of cards. You can purchase more or design your own after that. Not interested in new cards? No problem. Just let us know.
Where do I get signs and marketing materials?
We provide 3 Chamberlain property for sale signs for you when you join Chamberlain. We know most agents prefer to make their own signs with custom branding, so these signs are to help you in your transition. If you need or want more of our generic signs we are happy to order more for you at our cost. Chamberlain Folders and Brochures are available at the office. Just stop by and pick them up.
Need a landing page?
Your Personal Landing Page we offer refers to your page on Chamberlain’s website. It features your name, number, email, picture, bio and if you’re using Ylopo it will also have your search website, home valuation page and featured company listings.
Co Star Access
Co Star access is available only through a computer at our South OKC office. We are unable to provide personal access on your own computer due to licensing agreements. But if you need on we are happy to log you in, and you can spend as much time as you need to find those commercial deals you’re looking for.
How does the insurance work?
E&O (errors and omissions) Insurance is provided in your commission plan, however, as with all insurance companies, they have lots of rules and policies if we need to make a claim, or pay a deductible. For details, reference the Chamberlain policy manual for how much coverage you recieve, and more.
Put our support system to the test
Our World Class Support $500 Guarantee is one of our FAVORITE features at Chamberlain. If you need help with anything real estate related just email into the support email during business hours (9-5 M-F, non holidays) and let us know what you need. If you don’t hear back from one of our team members in 4 hours we’ll pay you $500! You’re always welcome to reach out via phone or text as well, we just don’t apply that $500 guarantee outside of the email system as it’s too hard to track.
Want a Chamberlain branded email address?
If you’d like a ChamberlainrealtyLLC.com email address you can purchase those for our cost. It’s a Gmail system and typically runs is $15 per month.
When does my cap start and end?
Your cap starts when you join Chamberlain and renews 12 months later.
How often can I change plans?
Once a year at your renewal date. So be sure to pick a plan that you feel works best for you for the next 12 months.
